2010 New Orleans Saints: NFL Schedule and Odds

The National Football League found a great way to begin the 2010 NFL schedule by matching up the top two teams in NFL betting for the NFC from the 2009 season as the defending world champion New Orleans Saints will host the Minnesota Vikings in a special Thursday Night rematch of the NFC Championship Game from last January. New Orleans will then hit the road for a Monday Night game at San Francisco on September 20th vs the 49ers in a key NFC match-up of playoff contenders at sportsbooks. The Atlanta Falcons will visit New Orleans in a NFC South rivalry match-up on September 26th followed by another NFC South showdown with the Carolina Panthers on October 3rd. Online sportsbooks have the Saints 10-1 betting favorites in 2011 Super Bowl odds and 9-2 to win the NFC.

New Orleans then hits the road for two straight weeks on their 2010 NFL schedule beginning October 10th at the Arizona Cardinals followed by an October 17th date vs the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Cleveland Brown visit the Saints on October 24th before the Pittsburgh Steelers hit the town for a Sunday Night Halloween Trick or Treat that will draw plenty of action in NFL odds. After a November 7th game at the Carolina Panthers, the Saints will enjoy a week 10 bye. The rebuilding Seattle Seahawks visits New Orleans on November 21st followed by an appearance in the traditional Thanksgiving Day game vs the Dallas Cowboys on November 25th.

The Saints will meet the AFC North champion Cincinnati Bengals with newly acquired Terrell Owens on December 5th. New Orleans begins the final quarter of the 2010 NFL schedule at home against the St. Louis Rams on December 12th followed by a tough game at the Baltimore Ravens on December 19th as the Ravens are favored 5-1 at online sportsbooks to win the AFC. The Saints then meet the Falcons for a Monday Night rematch vs the Falcons before the NFL schedule concludes at home against Tampa Bay.
