In every town, region, country there's familiar phrases that makes them unique. Australia has "Gidday mate" or "Crickey". New Zealand is "Kia Ora cuz" and "Sweet as". But what are some common phrases that makes New Orleans, New Orleans. And how would you pronounce them? For example, I would say Nuu Orleens, where as someone from Louisiana may say Nawlins. And is there a difference between a New Orleans accent and a southern drawl? Please, any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
